The University of Nairobi held its annual Staff Recognition Awards ceremony on Monday 10th February at the Chandaria Auditorium. It was a celebration of the dedication and achievements of university staff across various faculties and departments.

The awards

In partnership with CARTA (Consortium for Advanced Training Research in Africa), the University of Nairobi held a three day workshop running from 4th - 6th February,  for PhD supervisors from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Health Sciences. The workshop was officially opened by the DVC AA

The University of Nairobi has organized the 2025 Annual UoN Prayer Day to be held on Friday, January 24, 2025, at the Chandaria Auditorium from 9.00 to 11.00 am.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Iraq launched the ((Study in Iraq)) initiative for the academic year 2024-2025, which includes scholarships (free - semi-free - private) to study in Iraqi universities, housing, and health

The University of Nairobi on Friday, December 13, 2024 celebrated its 72nd graduation ceremony. The 72nd Graduation Ceremony that was themed, Transforming Society with Adaptive & Innovative Graduates.' saw 4,583 graduands conferred and awarded various degrees.
