Training on anxiety and stress in the workplace during Covid-19 pandemic

University of Nairobi Health Services (UHS) has organized a training on sensitization of staff on how to cope with stress, anxiety and stigma at workplace during COVID-19 pandemic. This is because several people have requested to be tested for COVID-19 and are anxious of “What if”. As a result they are experiencing fear and worry. Chronic anxiety and stress can have impact in the workplace due to consequences such as burn-out, depression and stigma among others. This training will be for all staff in the College of Education and External Studies (CEES).
