How to Access Admission Letters and Joining Instructions

Congratulations on your admission to the University of Nairobi for the Academic Year 2026/2027. The University of Nairobi has processed admission letters for all KUCCPS selected students admitted in the 2026 2027 AY.

Commencement date is 24th August 2026. An SMS has been sent to all students with registration numbers.

Please login as indicated below to access your admission letter:

1. Log on to smis.uonbi.ac.ke
2. Enter Registration number (eg C3/3333/2026) as username and KCSE index number as password
3. Download your admission letter and joining instructions
4. Complete and upload the required forms/documents online
5. Dial *642# to apply for Scholarship and HELB loan. Applications close on 31st August 2026.
