  SERVICE REQUIREMENTS COST TIMELINE
1 Issuance of admission letters Meeting University admission requirements Nil -For Module II applicants shall be sent letters  within two weeks after approval by the Deans Committee.

University certificates  and transcripts

Completed clearance form

Nil

-Certificates will be issued within eight weeks after graduation.

-Transcripts will be issued within one week upon application.

Issuance of guidelines on:

-Application   procedures

- Examination rules

-Fees structures

- Rules and disciplinary procedure.

-Student support systems.

Meeting University admission requirements

Nil

Eight weeks to reporting date for regular students.

-For Module II applicants shall be sent letters  within two weeks after approval by the Deans Committee.

Complaints, complements and suggestions should be forwarded to the following:

Appeals should be forwarded to the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs)

Feedback may be channeled via: Telephone, Letters, E-mails and suggestion boxes.

Confidentiality shall be respected. All feedback shall be addressed within seven days.

-Vyeti vya Chuo Kikuu vitatolewa katika kipindi cha wiki nane baada ya kufuzu.

-Vyeti vya alama za matokeo vitatolewa katika muda wa wiki moja bada ya maombi.
