The University of Nairobi wishes to inform the following groups of students (Module I and Module II) that the commencement and resumption dates of the 2025/2026 Academic Year are as follows:
A. COMMENCEMENT DATES
MONDAY, 18th AUGUST 2025
All First Year undergraduate and postgraduate students shall report on 18th.
August 2025 for Orientation and ICT Training.
Classes will commence on 1st September 2025.
B. RESUMPTION DATES
MONDAY, 1ST SEPTEMBER 2025
i), All Continuing undergraduate students in the following Faculties:
1. Faculty of Agriculture
2. Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences
3. Faculty of Business and Management Sciences
4. Faculty Built Environment and Design
5. Faculty of Education
6. Faculty of Engineering
7. Faculty of Health Sciences ( Years II, III, IV & VI)
8. Faculty of Law
9. Faculty of Science and Technology
10. Faculty of Veterinary Medicine
ii). All continuing postgraduate students.
C. MONDAY 5TH JANUARY 2026
5th Year students in the Faculty of Health Sciences in the following programs:
1. Bachelor of Dental Surgery
2. Bachelor of Pharmacy
