The End of Semester II examinations were initially scheduled to commence on Monday 18th May 2026 and conclude on Friday 29th May 2026. However, the nationwide strike in the transport sector affected movement, limiting access to the university for both students and staff. This situation led to the postponement of exams that has been scheduled for Monday 18th May and Tuesday 19th May 2026.
The Special University Senate held on Tuesday 19th May 2026, approved the rescheduling of the examinations. The scheduled examinations will now commence on Wednesday 20th May 2026 and conclude on Friday 5th June 2026. Examinations that were initially planned for 18th and 19th May 2026 and any examinations that will be affected by holidays shall now be rescheduled to a later date.
