UoN MAINTAINS POSITION ONE AMONG UNIVERSITIES IN KENYA

The University of Nairobi has maintained first position in the July edition of the Webometrics Ranking. The latest edition is built with the indicators obtained during the month of July in order to maintain the freshness of the data of the most current and updated Ranking of Universities.

UoN was ranked 14 in Africa and 1101 globally. Position 1-4 was taken up by universities in South Africa while position 5 was taken up by Cairo University in Egypt. Makerere University took lead in East Africa.
