The Centre's Service Charter

The Centre has put in place a customer satisfaction evaluation system intended for assessing customer satisfaction against a services charter.  A questionnaire is issued to customers to evaluate all the services rendered at the Centre. The responses from customers are analysed monthly. The Service Charter here in English and Kiswahili, is the Center’s undertaking to the customer of what is required, time lines and cost.
