The DVC Academic Affairs, Prof Julius Ogeng’o signed the Cascaded Performance Contracts with the Section heads on 4th February 2021. During this exercise the DVC emphasized the importance of accountability in each Section and the need to achieve the set targets. He noted that the Performance Contracts will act as a baseline of what is required in each section and will guide the Sections in their day to day activities.
The PC lays down the core function of the Academic Division and therefore the Cascaded PC will clearly show what each of the seven (7) Sections are required to do in order to achieve excellence in the Section.
The DVC also advised the Heads of Sections to cascade their Section PC to the Subsections in order to increase Accountability and Efficiency.
