If I made a mistake in submitting my registration documents on the SMIS portal how do I correctly resubmit?

The faculty Administrator will validate correct Documents and invalidate the wrond Documents. you will be asked to upload again the invalidated Documents in your portal.

If you have gaps in Entries of your marks please report to Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic Affairs
by sending an Email to academiccomplaints@uonbi.ac.ke

2. Registration Number
3. Faculty and Department
4. Programme of Study
5. Year and Semester of Study
6. Course Code and Title
7. Date of the Examination(s)
