WORLD AIDS DAY 2021

The University invites you all to join the global community in celebrating this year's World Aids Day on Wednesday ,1st December 2021 at 2.00pm-5.00pm. The theme for this year's celebration is -END INEQUALITIES,END AIDS ,END PANDEMICS. The celebrations will be held virtually . The Vice Chancellor ,Prof. Kiama Gitahi will be the Chief Guest. Prof .Omu Anzala and  Dr. Loise Ombajo from the Faculty of Health Sciences will give keynote addresses.

COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES

All Graduates of the 65th Congregation for the conferment of Degrees and award of Diplomas held on September 24, 2021, are requested to collect their certificates from the University of Nairobi Central Examinations Centre, Chiromo Campus starting from Monday, October 25, 2021, to Friday, December 3, 2021, as in the document attached.

65TH GRADUATION CEREMONY

4,205 students were awarded certificates at the University of Nairobi 65th graduation ceremony. 1 Higher Doctorate Degree was awarded to Prof. Fredrick Were. There were 79 PhD Degrees awarded, 378 Masters, 17 Postgraduate Diplomas, 3,459 Bachelors Degrees and 271 Diplomas. 36.7 % of the graduands were females while 63.3% were male. The Academic Division wishes to congratulate the Class of 2021 on their great achievement.
