ACADEMIC DIVISION TAKES PART IN ANNUAL TREE PLANTING DAY

The Academic Division took part in the Annual Tree Planting Day which was held on Friday, May 13, 2022 where 7000 tree seedlings were planted. The event was held at the Upper Kabete Campus.

The organisations that joined the University of Nairobi tree planting event were Equity Group Foundation, Nairobi County Government, National Government, Shamba Café, Loresho Community and Association of Green champions.

PRIZE GIVING DAY - 6TH MAY, 2022

The University of Nairobi wishes to inform the prize donors, Recipients and the public that the prize presentation ceremony for 2019/2020 and 2020/2021 academic years shall be held on Friday May 6, 2022 in Taifa Hall starting 9.00am.

The prize donors and recipients are expected to be physically present to present and receive prizes respectively.

NAIROBI INNOVATION WEEK 2022 KICKS OFF

The Nairobi Innovation Week 2022 has officially kicked off. This year’s event is themed, ‘Innovation for transformation and Impact in the society’. The event is happening at the Main Campus from Tuesday April 26-28, 2022. 

The Nairobi Innovation week has an Innovation exhibition, plenary sessions and side events; master classes, Safaricom Hackathon are among the different sessions in the programme.

CALL FOR SCHOLARSHIPS (COHORT 3) - KYUNGDONG UNIVERSITY GLOBAL CAMPUS, SOUTH KOREA (SEPTEMBER 2022 INTAKE)

IUCEA signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kyungdong University Global Campus with the eventual goal of promoting sustainable development through training of qualified middle-level professional manpower in East Africa. This goal will be achieved through establishment of Academic Collaboration Centers in EAC Partner States and facilitating the training of students from EAC Partner States in South Korea.
